Stress!
Trying to become organised again..
I feel I am quite behind on some work as I have been rehearsing day and night for the past couple of weeks for my company's triple bill premiere a week tomorrow. Tonight is the first time in a while I have had chance to sit down and focus, and after reading others blogs and thinking about writing the Critical reflection essay I feel overwhelmed. So far I have planned out my essay in my journal, and now need to be able to put it into formal writing and make sure it is coherent, and also fit all my thoughts into 1000 words... AHH.
I hope over the next few days and I can write up my remaining tasks on my blog and also get stuck into my essay. This is where my journal comes in so handy as I can use it to unscramble all my thoughts into writing and look at things from afar.
On a more positive note I'm very busy right now and have goals to work towards, which is much better than not having anything to do.
I also thought I would post some photos from a recent stage rehearsal for the upcoming premiere, and also the poster for the show as I am extremely proud to share that I'm featured on the front!
I hope everyone else is getting along well, and if you feel overwhelmed and stressed like me then using a journal is a great tool to set out a plan or write down thoughts.
